Terms of Service

1. Project Scope & Development

At Zodroid Media, we specialize in high-end mobile app development and AdTech solutions. Every project starts with a detailed scope of work (SOW). Any features requested outside the initial SOW may incur additional costs.

• We guarantee 100% bug-free delivery for the scope defined.
• Post-delivery support is provided for a limited period as mentioned in the contract.

2. AdTech & Monetization Services

We provide expertise in integrating Ad-Networks (AdMob, AppLovin, etc.). However:

• Ad-Network approvals are subject to the policies of the respective providers.
• Zodroid Media is not responsible for account bans or revenue fluctuations caused by changes in third-party algorithms or user-side policy violations.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure involves a milestone-based approach:

• Advance: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project.
• Development: 40% after the beta version is ready.
• Deployment: Final 20% before the app goes live or source code is handed over.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the project, the client owns the intellectual property rights to the final app. Zodroid Media retains the right to use the project in our portfolio for marketing purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zodroid Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our developed products.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
