Our commitment to transparency and fairness.

Project Based Services

Since Zodroid Media offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital services (App Development, AdTech Integration, UI/UX Design), we do not issue full refunds once the project has commenced. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon commissioning our services.

1. Milestone Cancellations

We work on a milestone-based payment system. If you choose to cancel a project:

  • Advance Payment: The 40% initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of research, planning, and resource allocation.
  • Ongoing Milestones: If a project is cancelled during development, payments for completed milestones will not be refunded.

2. AdTech & Monetization Services

For Ad-Network setup and monetization consultancy:

  • Refunds are not applicable if the Ad-Network (AdMob/AppLovin/Unity) rejects an app due to content policy violations or user-side factors.
  • Fees for consultation and technical integration are charged for the time and expertise provided, regardless of the network's final approval status.

3. Exceptions

We believe in 100% client satisfaction. Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • If Zodroid Media fails to start the project within 15 days of receiving the advance payment.
  • If we are unable to deliver the project due to unforeseen internal technical issues.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
